In January 2018 our church adopted the following 10-year vision:

Over the next 10 years, we will become a healthy, multi-generational Christ-centered family that intentionally matures and reproduces: transforming the South Strand and impacting the world.

Our Values

We all have values, and it is these values that drive the decisions we make and the way we go about doing life. At PICC we obviously value many things such as: the Bible, Worship, Missions, etc. The four core values we have help drive the way we do ministry as a church.

Purposeful in Excellence

We define excellence as doing the very best with what we have. We will never live with mediocrity. God gave His very best to us...we will strive to give Him our best as well. We are not perfect but we will give Him excellence. If we cannot do something with excellence we will not do it.

Intentional in Growth

Most every illustration Jesus ever gave concerning the kingdom was about something that was growing. At PICC we will strive for growth in our relationship with God, in the number of people we are reaching for Christ and we will grow in the impact we have in changing our community.

Connected, Authentic Relationships

Everything Jesus did He did in relationship with God and others. Building healthy relationships that build life changing community with others is at the core of our existence as a church.

Culturally Relevant

In order to change a culture one must understand it and speak to its needs. Our purpose is NOT to become like the culture but to redeem the culture and the people in it. While the message is never compromised it may need to be presented in ways that others can grasp.
